Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Country refers to Washington, United States
  • Company ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to The Light Brigade, Inc., 8039 S 192nd St Ste 100 Kent, WA 98032.
  • Device means any device that can access the Website such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
  • Website refers to Light Brigade, accessible from https://www.lightbrigade.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Website and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding its use. Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website. Your access to and use of the Website is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

Instructor-led Training

All orders will be invoiced and credit cards will be processed on the first day of class.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible and at the discretion of The Light Brigade, Inc. Rescheduling will be subject to a $150 fee if within 14 days of the first day of the course. Substitute attendees are allowed.

If for any reason the course is canceled, The Light Brigade Inc.'s liability is limited to the return of any previously charged course fees.

Cancel Less Than 13 Days Prior to Class 100% Cancellation Fee

On-site Instructor-led Training (Customer Location)

Orders will be invoiced on the first day of class.

Terms of Payment: NET 30 on open account USD Only

Final student count commitment due 3 weeks prior to the start of class.

Cancellation Without Notice No Refunds
Added Less Than 4 Days Prior to Class $250 Expedite Fee

Reschedule Policy

Reschedule 30+ Days Prior to Class No Rescheduling Fee*
Reschedule 11-29 Days Prior to Class 20% Rescheduling Fee*
Added Less Than 4 Days Prior to Class 100% Rescheduling Fee*

*Rescheduling fee is in addition to the base price and class must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original date.

Online Training

  • Course license is limited to one user for the term stated on the subscription.
  • Substitute attendees will be allowed up until the course materials have been accessed.
  • No refund will be given once course materials have been accessed.

Product Sales

  • Terms of payment: NET 30 days on approved credit.
  • All shipments are F.O.B. Light Brigade's facility, Kent, Washington, via UPS ground.
  • All sales are in U.S. funds.
  • No return of goods without prior approval.
  • A 25% restocking charge will be added to all returned goods.
  • Goods are deemed accepted unless the buyer notifies Light Brigade of damage or defect within 20 days of receipt of goods.
  • Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • All DVD sales are final and may be returned for replacement only if defective.
