Standard Train-the-Trainer Process
-
Instructor candidates will be required to attend and successfully complete a full Light Brigade in-person instructor led course.
-
This must be completed prior to attending the four-day in-person “Train-the-Trainer” flow observation course.
-
-
Instructor candidates will be required to attend a live delivery of the course for additional content absorption and observation of course flow.
-
To become a Certified Administrator with ETA International, all Instructor candidates must successfully complete the applicable in-person course and pass the ETA certification.
-
Instructor candidates will then be required to perform a complete teach-back course, including theory and hands-on, to a Light Brigade instructor to ensure proficiency and readiness to successfully deliver the course on their own. This five-day duration will include one day for course equipment provisioning, including unpacking, organizing, and configuring institution purchased hands-on equipment, followed by four days of the instructor candidate teaching the full course back to the Light Brigade instructor.
