Dear Valued Customer,
 
As a valued Light Brigade customer, we appreciate the trust you place in us and our instructors for your fiber optic training needs.
 
In the current environment, it's important for all of us to be vigilant. That's why I wanted to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety during our training classes.
  • International travel for all Light Brigade staff has been cancelled since early 2020.
  • We are in contact with our training venues daily to secure assurances on their diligence in cleaning the areas we use for our training classes.
  • Our instructors are well versed in keeping themselves as safe as possible while training, and are sharing best practices at the start of each class. These are in line with the most up-to-date CDC recommendations.
  • Classes held here at our Kent, WA location are being cleaned twice daily, before and after class.
  • Our equipment bins include disposable nitrile gloves for use during labs and the gear used in each class is thoroughly cleaned prior to shipping to its next destination.
Rest assured that we are taking every possible precaution to keep our business operating safely for you and our staff.
